  • AROSC September 10-11 WillowSprings Big Track TT/Race

AROSC will be holding our next track event at WillowSprings on Sept 10-11. We will have our typical TT groups 1 and 2, Alfa Only run group and RACE group, no TT drivers in the race group practice sessions. There will be fire rescue as required by AROSC with the usual open wheel to wheel races, various classes of time trials. We will have a classroom session(s) for the beginners that are needing some instruction, instructors will be available for the ones that are needing some on track assistance. We always have a great time after the events on Saturday and this will be no different, come by for a cold beverage and some snacks, and usually finger foods like spicy sausage.

AMB transponders available for rent if you don't have one, also if you have your own AMB transponder (timing is free). Everyone who is timed will be eligible for awards at the end of each day and for yearend awards.

AROSC - Taking it to the track since 1972

Look HERE for information and registration.

We have been getting a few more alfas lately so we are pretty much doing it all AROSC hosted events.

Nice, plenty of room in race group. Remember that AROSC race group has it own session, no TT guys in that group. We do have 2 TT groups and an Alfa only group as well.

Looking like my RX-7 will be out of the frame & body shop in time for this event, and for a second chance to try out the new motor.

Will a Mazda2 B-SPEC car be a rolling chicane in the race group?

                          Asking for a friend

We might have some slow cars out there. Norm Silverman usually runs his Alfa Giulia Super at the back of the pack to provide some fun for slower cars. We also might have a couple of unusual vintage race cars out there too.

As terry stated above, "your" friend will be fine, no issues at all. There is always someone usually to run with.
