        I trust your judgment.

        The second penny picture seemed to show more heat boogers than I am used to, but that's probably because I don't drive fast enough.

              If the tire got really hot, look for chunks missing. The blueing is pretty normal as well. They have probably had a few heat cycles and lost some speed, but the price is fair.
