  • Making America Great - Hard Work and Dedication

This article about the North Korean Designer of the 1967 Mustang may be old information for many, but it was new - and very impressive - to me.

Cool story. Reminds me that the S197 Mustang (05), was penned by a Vietnamese immigrant who fled the country during the war.

This is pretty much the story of my mom and dad, too:

"But perhaps it actually makes perfect sense, because John Chun's story is as American as it gets. He arrived in a land of opportunity, rolled up his sleeves, and put his shoulder to the wheel. He burned the candle at both ends, worked hard and started again and again, never complaining. He raised three children....

They are, by all accounts, a humble, good, and worthy couple... who lived a long and happy life, proud of past accomplishments, surrounded by family and friends.

Great story. Good to see his name still come up rather often.
